I am so excited to share this thing I did. I donated a raffle present to a cause for a fundraising event! I wasn't able to do anything of the sort for a while because of medical setbacks and that had me really feeling horrible. I love to give and help raise money and support the community for the better. The cause was for LI Dog Owners. They are a local non for profit here in Long Island, NY. They help keep and maintain and open dog parks here on Long Island. They also host events for dog lovers to get out with their dogs in safe friendly and fun ways. And a few other necessary projects as well. I’ve participated as a volunteer and an attendee at their events. I’ve been a part of promoting information and events, library meetings for upcoming town meetings, been at a few walks, enjoyed the parks with my dog/s they’ve played a part in and helped them with maintenance (being a poop scooper ha ha), and attended their fundraisers and donated items for raffle prizes. ...
