Here is a great example of gift giving in a simple yet beautiful and personable way!
With a makeup case/bag (and these come in handy for more than just makeup storage and travel purposes) you can fit such a variety of items.
Here are some items I have given in the past for birthdays, Christmas and other holidays to people in makeup cases/bags:
Lotto tickets
Makeup products: eye liner, nail polish, nail files, mascara, eye shadow, lipstick, lip liners, makeup remover wipes, nail polish remover, nail care kit, eye primer, lip balm, and more (whatever fits and I know this person uses or could use).
Self care items: Wipes, band aids, travel size care items, hair ties, toothbrush and toothpaste
Candy (chocolate melts be careful with this one)
Samples
Jewelry: Rings, Necklaces, and bracelets
Small stuffed animals
You can add a ribbon, a bow and a gift tag to dress it up!
